Territory Sales Manager

Remote Full Time Remote Option

About the Role

  • Call in business owners to join the Caraggio Network Program.  
  • Calling on Web Developers for automotive builders to incorporate the Caraggio system into their programming. 
  • Participating in Facebook Groups and Online Forums to generate sales 
  • Answering incoming sales phone calls 
  • Handle sales inquiries questions 
  • Utilize our support ticket system to field inquiries 
  • Work with our Live Chat system to handle questions 
  • Inputting sales using our admin system 
  • Customers follow up 


Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel business owners to become partners to drive revenue and meet sales targets. Depending on the channel responsibility, traveling within the United States, managing accounts, and attending trade shows may be required. 

Requirements

  • Being able to give honest answers or solutions to problems is more important than to know everything about anything. 
  • A person who is motivated by customer satisfaction but has the desire to earn money. 
  • A well-spoken person that knows how to gather customer information and focus on the sale. 
  • General understanding of the Performance or Aftermarket Products. 
  • Must be very internet savvy and understand the ins and outs of Microsoft Outlook. 
  • Have previously used some type of ERP and CRM system 
  • Organization and follow-ups are extremely important to success. 
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
