Our Story

Since 1941. Built by Operators, for Operators.

Three generations of automotive legacy. One platform reshaping how the aftermarket does business.

Where It Started

The Caraggio name entered the automotive world in 1941 — not as a technology company, but as operators. Dealerships. Service bays. Parts counters. The family built its reputation by understanding what it takes to move metal, serve customers, and keep businesses alive.

For over 80 years, the Caraggio family studied the industry's fractures — shop owners struggling with fragmented distribution, stale inventory, and brand access barriers.

Where It's Going

Caraggio Network is a real-time distribution infrastructure connecting B2B operators to 4,800+ brands and 3.3 million SKUs — with inventory data that updates every 60 seconds.

The mission: become the largest live inventory system on the planet.

What We Believe

The 7-Point Manifesto

1. Every shop owner deserves the same brand access as the largest distributor in the country.

2. Inventory data is only valuable if it's accurate right now.

3. Technology should eliminate barriers, not create new ones.

4. The aftermarket doesn't need another middleman. It needs infrastructure.

5. Warehousing parts you might sell is a 20th-century strategy.

6. A $500 membership should deliver $18,000 in value.

7. The businesses that connect to the right network today will dominate tomorrow.
