This Privacy Policy explains how CarAggio Network ("CarAggio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use Caraggio.com and our related dealer portal, supplier portal, APIs, integrations, and services (collectively, the "Services").

B2B Focus: This Privacy Policy is written for business-to-business (B2B) use cases (dealers, suppliers/brands, and integration partners). If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Services from:

  • Site visitors
  • Dealer customers and their authorized users
  • Suppliers/brands and their authorized users
  • API users and integration partners

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, or services you may access through links or integrations. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their privacy policies.

A. Information You Provide

  • Account and profile: Name, business name, email, phone, job title, username, password (hashed)
  • Business verification: Resale/tax certificates, licensing documentation, related identifiers
  • Billing and subscription: Billing address, plan details, invoices, payment status
  • Order and fulfillment: Items ordered, quantities, shipping addresses, contacts, purchase history, returns
  • Support communications: Messages, support tickets, call notes where permitted
  • Content you create: Product descriptions, fitment data, images, item specifics, categorizations, catalog edits

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, OS, pages viewed, clicks, timestamps, referring URLs
  • Log and security data: Authentication events, access logs, audit logs for administrative and security purposes

C. Information from Third Parties

  • Payment processors: Transaction status, tokenized payment references, billing outcomes
  • Shipping carriers: Shipment status, tracking events, delivery confirmations
  • Suppliers/brands: Product catalogs, pricing, inventory availability, MAP/MSRP data
  • Integration partners: Data exchanged as configured by you (product exports, pricing/inventory sync, catalog updates)

Provide, operate, and maintain the Services (account creation, authentication, ordering, fulfillment, support)
Enable data services: real-time pricing/inventory, catalog search, brand filters, export controls
Support product customization tooling for dealer websites
Process subscriptions, payments, refunds, and invoicing
Monitor, secure, and improve Services (debugging, analytics, fraud prevention, access control)
Send service communications (confirmations, billing, security alerts) and marketing (opt-out available)
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies

How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money.

A. Service Providers

Vendors for hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, email/SMS, payment processing, and logistics. Authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services to us.

B. Shipping Carriers & Logistics

Order and shipment details (addresses, contacts) shared with carriers and fulfillment providers handling pick/pack/ship services.

C. Suppliers/Brands & Data Partners

Limited information shared to maintain accurate catalog, pricing, inventory, and compliance workflows—including account identifiers and audit signals where appropriate.

D. API & Integrations (Your Direction)

Data shared with connected platforms (e-commerce, ERP, PIM) based on your configuration. You are responsible for reviewing third-party privacy practices.

E. Legal, Compliance & Safety

Disclosure to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights/property/safety, and investigate fraud or security incidents.

F. Business Transfers

Information may be transferred as part of mergers, acquisitions, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or asset sales.

Payments

Payments processed by third-party processors. We receive transaction status, tokenized references, and partial card details (last four digits). We do not store full payment card numbers or sensitive authentication data.
